Ok this has kind of been bugging me lately. When I sneak my companion sneaks, when I sheath my companion sheathes, when I attack my companion attacks. So do you guys think that its possible for someone to make a mod that can give your companion a horse at some point? So if it can wirk like the companion has a horse assigned to them while the companion is following me, so if I mount my horsevmy companion should mount it to and follow me.

I mainly thought of this mod because I got tired of lydia running behind me on foot while Im on horse. Share your thoughts. Thanks

I'd like to see this one too. even something really basic like you receive a receipt of ownership on purchase and by giving it to your companion it gives them ownership over a specific horse.

This had bothered me as well, it would be nice if a mod took care of it. I would also like it if your companions wore the armor you gave them all the time
not just when they are with you

The ability to rent horses for your companions would be nice too. Don't know how feasible it would be though.

what happens if you use "command" then activate a horse? (i dont use horses)

I tried that... and now my horse is dead. lol

I tried it with Lydia and she just said "I can't do that."

... of course I'm not sure she understood what I was asking ...

I'm working on a mod that allows this - because it was related to another thing I wanted to do (getting NPCs that aren't your companion to sleep on a bed)

Hopefully the CK comes out before I finish it because it's making me annoyed, lol

Verrrry Annoyed! Why would Bethesda ignore this basic gameplay from Oblivion. NPC's riding everywhere in Oblivion, so it wasn't too hard to get a companion to ride also. Another gripe of mine; why is it that my companions don't have the basic ai package to sit when I sit?

I'd love that! I would buy another horse for my companion(s) and it would look much less ridiculous than the current comedy situation, with my heroine mightly riding on her brave steed while her companion runs desperately trying to keep pace with the horse. XD

What I would really like (and that would be a rather sophisticated mod, but so immersive!), maybe as an alternative to their own horse: Companions jump on yours as well, sitting behind you.
