Am I still going to be encountering dragons and finding dragon shouts? I haven't seen a dragon since I completed the main quest line, just making sure.

you will find dragons but they won't attack you, only the town people. you can still kill them for dragon souls though

Why do you spread lies? Yes Dragons will still attack you randomly. From Dragons to Elder Dragons yea.

really? at least for me dragons have stopped attacking me. Heck my dragon shout ability calls dragons to help me in battle.
