I dont know a damn thing about computers. But I suggest staying away from fable 3, far, far away.

Fable 3 wasn't bad, I thought. Actually largely prefer it over the second game. Though the first is still the best.

Anyway, I don't think your computer will run the game, sorry to say. At least not to any decent extent. Your graphics chip doesn't seem like it's up to the task. Even then, you would be playing at a rather low setting, probably at low frames even then.

I think the real question here is, "Is Fable 3 good enough for my computer?"
The answer is no, no it is not. Stay away.
