ok so i know theres a sticky explaining if i can or not but im really confused with all of the parts of the computer. here are the specs of the computer i use and i was wondering if i can run the game on high or medium settings?

i have a a a tb of harddrive and 8 gb of ram

Maybe not maxed with gfx mods but that'll do pretty well, well between 'Will work' and 'Blow it away'EDIT: I knew that was a good proccessor, but i'm kind of new at this, sorry.

I'm afraid you wont come close to medium settings. You will be playing lowish settings.

Your VGA is pretty weak, put in 1024×768 or 1280×1024 you should able to play in Low detail.

I'm strongly suggest to get a decent video card for that processor, 4350 never was a gamer card, and its outdated a long time ago.
