Concerning the other countries

Concerning the other countries (Germany, France, Spain and Italy), will they get the DLC in english as well (BLES01329) ?

Those countries don't even have English as their primary language. Germany maybe.

I know, but he didn't specify if those countries are getting their zoned DLC or if they're getting both (the 1330 AND the 1329 versions) (I would be happy if we're getting both)

Finland doesnt have English as a primary language and we got it...

Belgium, Netherlands, Poland, Sweden don't have English as their primary language, yet they still got it
