I don't know if this is posted yet...but I found these config files on Steam. They work and everything runs much better.

Helped with:
Texture loads, long distance textures, high quality textures, and helped with tearing.

Side note :
I've been enjoying the game alot! I like the old school gory doom/quake style it has. The Missions and the story is awesome. Sound track is great and so is audio effects.
