Confirmation EmailSupport ticket woes

Post » Sat Jul 13, 2013 3:24 pm

Hey all,

So I filled out a beta application way back when you still could upload dxdiags and answer questionnaires. Recently, I did a search in my inbox and realized that I never received a confirmation email. I tried submitting another application the other day, and again received no confirmation email. So I tried one more time with the same results.

I sent a Twitter message to the ESO Twitter account, and they kindly responded, telling me to check my spam filer (which I've done numerous times) and then put in a support ticket if I still had an issue. So I put the ticket in, and 2 days later haven't gotten any sort of response from support (not even a confirmation that a ticket had been created). I've whitelisted the domain and everything, but I have not received any emails regarding ESO, not even newsletters!

Has anyone else had this problem? Any help would be appreciated, I'm on Gmail if it helps.

I have the exact same problem. I started to feel retarted. I registered for the beta about 4 times and never got a confirmation.
The last time I asked the support they didn't have my mail-adress in their database. I will ask them again on monday,
because I tried it again with the same right after their mail arrived.
Also gmail here.

Which country?

Just resubmit your application. The same thing happened to me the first time I sent one in and about 48 hrs later I sent in a new one and got the confirmation email within a few minutes. Though I am still waiting for my beta invite and wondering how on earth they could possibly leave me out of the program...hummn

I got mine within an hour of signing up, and I'm a gmail user. Like everyone else is saying on here, just resubmit your application and use different email addresses if the one you're using doesn't work.
