Also who do you think is the most racist and who is the least?

Ok, back to what i said.

I think most people are blaming the Dunmer and the Bosmer for what the Aldmeri Dominion is doing.

The Bosmer are in the Dominion. So at least some of the Bosmer are to blame, sorta.
