I just started a new game as a pure mage and I was wondering how the conjuration spell tree worked. When I conjure a single hand weapon I notice that my skills go up in that area. Does this mean perks can effect conjured weapons and make them stronger. Like if I put a perk in the single hand tree will that make my single hand conjured weapons better?


Also, I've been soul trapping a lot of things but I never did it to a human. It always says the soul gem isn't big enough. How do I get one that can trap human souls? Whats the difference between trapping a human soul and a mud crab soul?

I believe human souls need a black soul gem. I'm not sure about the rest of your post.
