I remember the command for showing my FPS in Crysis 1 was something like r_DisplayInfo = 1

If I put it into the Console of Crysis 2 Release (not that leaked Beta ****) I keep getting the error that this command is not known.

Does anyone know the command to display my FPS?

Ok buddy go into your crysis 2 folder, find System.cfg , open it with notepad... add this

"r_displayInfo=1" Without the " " save then your done.

that line already was in my syscfg. I deleted and reentered it but still no infos about fps or anything.

its means that no video game will perform with over 30FPS. think of it like Vertical sync being enabled on your console @ 30FPS.

It's the first time I hear that. But that doesn't mean that you are wrong, I just don't have any idea about that.

According to Fraps the game runs on extreme settings with my 460 gtx, phenom 2 x6 and 8gb of ddr3 with stable 45-50 fps. I tested fraps with other games where i managed to show fps with and without fraps. Fraps definetly slows them down.
