Console command to make NPCs non-hostile? Bugged Louis Letru

I have a bugged Louis Letrush that is both hostile and invulnerable. I was going to complete the frost quest but now he just attacks me over and over. I tried sheating my weapons but it didnt help.

Anyone know how to fix him with the console?
