left click on your companion while within the console ((will return a hex type value)) (I used horse to test this on)
type in getavinfo health

this displays the health of the target. mine showed 289.00
so I modified it by typing

setav health 800

it then displayed my horse and not my player with having 800.00 health :3

play around with this.
I know I was able to set my player with 9999 health but it made it hard to view how much health I had so I just made myself have 999 to start out (later I did my calculations and put it down to legit)

Your player itself starts with 100 health, 100 magick, 100 stamina. Remember that and the fact every level = 10 points into your health/magick/stamina (in case you want to set it back down to a legitimate number use
