Console (~) command to save games with custom names?

Pretty much the topic. Yet again there's no option to name our own saves, or even delete them in-game for that matter (as far as I can tell).

Cool, thanks guys.

I could have just tried the same command used in Oblivion/F3 to see if it worked, but I wanted real-person confirmation. I've already somehow changed the lighting on the main menu (with the dragon emblem) and the objects shown in the loading screens so that they appear to be bathed in intense red light (rather than the default white). I think I did it accidentally while using tm to take a screenshot, because you can't see the console anymore while using tm, and I got confused about what I was doing.

Long-winded way of saying I'm trying to be careful with the console.
