Every other time I enter the Falkreath house the game is crashing on me. It seems to have picked up in frequency since I placed roughly 10 trophies on the shelves in the trophy room. The other rooms are barely decorated with my own equipment, but I have bought every last piece of equipment for each room so there are plenty of items in the house at the moment.

It could be attributed to certain items such as Arvaks Skull and Morningbrew Decanter, anybody else having this problem? I am no stranger to crashes on this game, just seems to be happening too often now.

The only thing I am getting is I fall through staircases if I run up them lol both inside and outside the house but no more lag/jumping/crashing than usual.

This was happening to me when I would enter the house from the main door.

Entering the house from another door seemed to fix it for me, could try that?
