Hey, I'm kinda really new to the creation kit, so I was wondering if it would be possible to give something a custom enchantment that does constant damage to you while equipped. It wouldn't have a charge, and each attack would drain health from whoever or whatever it hit (the point of it is to be an "evil" sword, and you'd basically have to rampage through cities and murder people whenever possible so it didn't kill you)

So, yeah, would that be possible? XP
