I Bought Skyrim and Dawnguard about 2 weeks ago and immediately started modding. Things were going fine but eventually i got a stutter. So of course I tried removing all mods, updating drivers, etc...

Now I've Un-installed and Re-installed. This is a clean version with no mods or alterations. It runs for a second, pauses for a half-second, runs for a second, pauses for a half-second. Constantly. Any idea what could be causing this? I Certainly didnt notice it the first time i installed it... maybe the newest drivers are responsible?

My System:
AMD Phenom 8400 Tri-core 2.1ghz
Nvidia Gtx 260 Driver 306.97
Win 7 Pro 64-bit
8gb Ram
