Uh... I'm not a Youtube expert but I don't think that you have to fill a contract with Bethesda to make a Skyrim Let's Play.

Don't worry, you won't get into any trouble. Just start uploading.

Now, you can't advertise here.

The majority of game developers, including Bethesda, are pretty laid back when it comes to let's plays. If it's for non-commercial purposes, you don't need a permission. I don't know what Bethesda's stance on monetizing videos is, but I haven't heard of them pulling down any channels (except beta leaks, obviously).

Bethesda isn't Ubisoft. They don't call their lawyers if you make a let's play of their games.

From what I've seen, Bethesda doesn't restrict any YouTube videos of released games. You should be fine to make your videos without problem.

If you have any more questions on the subject, you can send a PM to our main Admin here, http://www.gamesas.com/user/365941-gstaff/.
