I don't really like any of the houses that vanilla Skyrim has. Although I think the one in Whiterun is super convenient since it sits right between a smith shop, a alchemy shop and a general trader.

I'm really looking for a cool housing mod, that's both cool and convenient. I've been playing with The Asteria mod, and while I totally LOVE the ship, it's super cool, lots of storage, but the problem is there's not a shop anywhere near it. Pretty much have to fast travel to sell everything you craft in there. And that super bad especially for my mage characters who can't carry a lot.

So I'm looking for a mod that has:

1) Cool looks
2) Lots of storage space
3) All the crafting stations
4) A nearby merchant to sell all the stuff I don't want (prefferably one that doesn't require fast travel)
5) (optional) Doesn't have too many load screens to go from room to room.

Any suggestion?

http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/21929 is a little gem. Near the town, with crafting and enchanting and smithing facilities. No loading for first floor. Need one loading screen to access the basemant.

Haven bag, take your house where ever you go, can't get much more convenient lol
