cooking winning recipies in skyrim?

Post » Mon May 07, 2012 1:24 am

always had this tiny issue in my head everytime i played oblivion;
i seen cabbages, different types of meats and other foods laying about but there was no way to combine them to make a stew, broth or meal etc with it by combining it...
yes tell a lie you COULD combine different foods but it just makes some sort of potion that increases stamana and some hp

can we make winning recipies in skyrim?

sorry if it's been posted before

thanks for your time :clap:

You will find many things added to occupy your time (things that aren't necessary, but make for some sweet roleplaying or just to pass time), including cooking, mining, etc. It's going to be sweet to bring out my mage of doom...who's cooks a mean soup (there seem to be a lot of recipes).

No. Cooking is in the game no matter which version (xbox, playstation, pc) you play. He was only referring to the fact that PC is the only gaming system that allows for mods to alter the game. There will likely be many mods released to affect cooking in some way (adding new recipes, cooking quests, etc).

I, like most, haven't played the game yet, so I have no idea how in depth they've gone with side professions. However, Bethesda stated they wanted to make this game amazing from the big quests and combat down to the "little things." Rest assured that cooking as well as the other professions you can do in the game will be fun and rewarding if that is something you're interested in!

A cooking contest would be a nice mini game.
