Cool little things added to the vanilla game that you didn't

So this thread is a bit of an appreciation thread and meant to list out some nice little touches or pleasant surprises you got in the vanilla game after installing Dawnguard.

Mine would definately have to be for the Companions. Right after you drink the blood and turn, when you come to and Aela talks to you about being a werewolf: In the vanilla game she says you can take the flesh of your enemies to extend the transformation length. After installing Dawnguard she added a little more to that sentence saying something along the lines of it also making you stronger and the possibility of unlocking more gifts of Hircine.

It was a very small addition and barely noticeable but the fact that they recorded those new lines and integrated it so flawlessly and didn't pass up on this tiny detail was for me a very nice touch that I appreciated greatly as a gamer with a love of little details.

So forum, anyone else got other little vanilla additions they liked that weren't advertised for the DLC? :)

all the good things that the dlc brought get over shadowed by the vampires killing off the population problem, its a shame really the dlc was perfect apart from that one feature

I don't know if crafting arrows can be considered little, but that is the best part for me. Especially with the new Sunhallowed and Bloodcursed arrows, I make about 3000 elven arrows at a time and have Serana bleed on them or make that Snow Elf bless them. It's nice having a near-unlimited supply of explosive sunhallowed arrows with me.

There's a guy offering boat rides between Solitude, Dawnstar and Windhelm now which I thought was thoughtful. I guess they felt like it should be added since Dawnstar has no carriage.

Mostly though it's like you said, the way there are lots of new lines for the guards and npcs reflecting the changes in the world. I didn't expect them to go to so much trouble with hauling all the voice actors back in just for just a couple of lines, but it's appreciated.

Spriggan Earth-Mothers, I honestly didn't expect them to add a new tier of Spriggan. Not to mention the pleasant little surprise of roving Werewolves and Babbette on the patrol for food.
