I am unable to play dishonored on steam, it keeps saying this game is unavailable (corrupt game files)
any ideas on what i should do?

I'd try right clicking on Dishonored on Steam, going to properties, local files, then click on 'verify integrity of game cache'. Doing that will make sure that any files that weren't properly installed or downloaded will be recovered.
