Well, since it's one month before the game comes out, I decided to finally go pre-order the CE. However, GameStop isn't taking pre-orders for it anymore(:flame:), so my last hope to get the CE is from Amazon. However, I can't currently view the total of the CE for the PC, with day one shipping. If someone could tell me the total for the PC CE with day one shipping, I would really appreciate it.

Also, does Amazon take Visa gift cards?

You can select shipping and change it any time you want. There's no way to preview how much it's going to cost on shipping. If you're willing to shell out extra money for CE, you shouldn't have much of a problem with paying for 1 day shipping. I got release date, but that's because I'm just getting regular edition.

Maybe my checkout wizard is different from yours, but I can get all the way up to the step where it summarizes everything (even shipping cost) before I actually submit the order.

No major internet distributor of anything forces you to supply payment without letting you see everything else. When you enter your information, your not saying "charge my card." At the very end of the process, it'll show you what Softnerd said, a summery sheet, that shows you taxes (for us lucky states,) shipping, the item, and anything else, next to a button that says "complete my order" or "charge my card"

One day shipping will not be cheap, I would imagine from $20 to $30 depending on where you live.

However, Release Day Delivery only cost me about $6. I imagine they ship them out ahead of release day for that, rather than overnight them close to the day. At least the price seems to indicate that.

You can definitely use Visa gift cards. I've done that dozens of times.

EDIT: My mistake, in-store pickup is NOT available for the CE, only the online shipping option...

S&H was $4.98 for standard shipping (3-5 business days). 2-day shipping is $7.98. 1-day is $9.98. Release day is only $0.98.
