So the first major bug I've encountered is when trying to get a house in Markath, I've done about 5 quests for the Jarl/Raerek including Red Eagle Redoubt and now there's no more quests, the jarl hasn't given me his quest and hasn't told me to get a good reputation in Markath, so I basically can't get the house, any fixes?

Also, during the Main Quest, using the Elder Scroll to go back in time, one of the 3 nords there says "Alduin is coming" two of them draw their swords, one walks off to the side and....nothing, I've waited for a good 10 minutes, twice, for something to happen and nothing does.
