A Couple of Questions...

What determines if a space has been "cleared" ? Just wondering bc some locations say they are cleared & others dont...could I have missed something?

Does anybody skip a mission if they dont want their character to act it out ? Like for example I am a wood elf, I'm the Companions Leader & Arch Mage...I pretty much stand for good...I dont steal or kill unless necessary so I have not fulfilled the Dark Brotherhood mission or the Theives Guild mission...Will I eventually HAVE to join these or is it ok to skip them ?

Is it just me or do the dragons & enemies become more easy to beat as you level up ? I'm level 22 almost 23 & dragons used to be such a [censored] to beat but now I'm finding it not so hard...even with a follower it seemed like I was going to die at least once & now I feel like their dead in just a few hits...

I finally bought a house...is it worth the upkeep ? I store stuff there but thats all I've done for now...LOL

I've noticed when I pick up stuff I'm going to sell later on the value for example will say 400 but then when I sell it I'll get like 250 !! Y is the value one thing when I pick it up & another when selling ???

Again thanks so much !  :bunny:

1. I didn't skip a Mission. But I should have for More Replayability. And No you can skip them and Make another Character, One Assasin and One Theif, Makes more Replayability.
2. Yes, They become easier, But you also see more "Harder" Dragons. Like Ancient, Elder, Legendary
3. That's really all you need the house for, Storing stuff, It's also good cause you could just fast travel there to do enchanting and stuff more quickly.

4. I have No idea. But it does that for everyone, Try Different Shopkeepers. Like Robes should go to Enchanters and Mages. And Weapons should go to Blacksmith. Not Enchanters.

Not every location can be cleared, but the ones that can be are considered 'cleared' when everyone that inhabited it has been killed (eg. bandits).

Lots of people skip missions. It's not uncommon at all. It could take you a few different characters to dig into all the game has to offer, because it would seem rather odd for the same character to do everything in the game. Actually, there is no possible way to do every mission with one character, because many of them oppose each other. Just do what you think your character would do, and come back with another character to do the other quests.

Enemies level up with you, but the difference is that your skills and available weapons are better now, too. Don't worry, you'll find some enemies that are just as hard as early-game enemies.

Houses aren't necessary, but they're fun. If you've got a lot of stuff to store, buy houses.

The value on an item when you pick it up is the base value. This isn't the "retail" value. So if the base value of a ring is 30, and you try to sell it, you may only get 18. But if you try to buy it from a merchant, it may cost 45. Find enchanted things that fortify speech (like the Amulet of Zenithar), level up your Speech skill by constantly buying and selling things, and invest perks in Speech to get that price difference to level out.
