Crafting outfits

Hi all,

This is a little idea I'm having in my mind for a while now.

I would really love to see crafting equipment. I'm not only talking about smith hammers, alchemy flasks etc., I'm talking about actual body gear. For a cook it could be as simple as cooking apron's or chef hats. It would increase your crafting skill or chances for a better outcome or even decrease the time required to craft/cook an item.

These items could be obtained through crafting quests or just through regular questing/dungeons like everything else.

The goal would be to obtain a complete, cook, smith, alchemy or whatever you're profession is, outfit.

This is a very rough outline of the idea.

I like the idea of sporting a leather work apron at my forge. I support this.

To be fairly honest, while this may sound fun, it is also limiting, and I am pretty sure a good cook is just as good at cooking while naked. I can see quests with pivotal crafting action, but not strictly "go do that" Runescape style.

Sure a naked cook can cook as well as a dressed cook. But it's more to create a bit more crafting content. You don't HAVE to get the outfits, but if you'd like to decrease the cooking time for example, you could try to obtain those crafting outfits. Despite the fact that it would look pretty awesome if you could tell what profession a player's currently in just by looking at him.

Clearly, someone has never heard of the warning "Never fry bacon while naked."
