Crafting overhaul

suggestions for a smithing/crafting overhaul.

break down gear for raw materials
reconstruct dwemer golems/centurions/spiders
armor variants of leather and hide
armor variants of steel and iron
bonemould gear and northern variants of bonemould
clothing craftable at tanning rack
visible changes to improved gear and armor,
improvements are more frequent but more costly.
rare schematics and plans for unique gear, opens a new crafting tab
gear repair system, armor wont break but loses quality,
