Crash in Start menu "Help" : V

I Installed It as i would any other game. Did it with steam, Wasted a token For my internet.
When i finally get it installed, I Click to open the game. It loads to the main menu and crash's Right as the menu Starts to show itself.

"Need a fix. Help please"
