Ugh...

Completely new machine with DX11 install. The file is there and I've ran every MS test and DX 11 test that I know. Loaded about 10 different games and everything works fine on them.

Anybody have any suggestions? I might re-install DX11.

yes, download the new drivers and reinstall like you are going to do. I have had this same issue with other games. Metro 2033 now that I remember. Just reinstall DX11 from Microsofts website. I think that is where I got it from.

No good. Game does not work.

I have re-installed DirectX. (used both web installer and june redist pack)
Reinstalled Skyrim.
Changed sound settings

Could this be a problem with DX 11 not installing correctly?
Will Bethesda answer this forum or do I call?

Anybody else see this? Nothing has worked, I'm hesitant to re-install my entire Win 7 system.
