This is a killer. Every time I click the door to the sanctuary or use "coc Darkbrotherhoodsanctuary" the game immediately crashes and begins syncing in Steam. What is going on? I haven't installed any mods since I went to the Sanctuary last and I'm rather peeved by the situation. I've just been spoken to by the Night Mother and was sent to hunt Herm.

I am having the exact same issue its been reported alot at unofficial skyrim patch site and if you google it well its just very common.

Having the same problem, if it doesn't outright crash i get a majorly glitched out cell where I just fall through the "floor" indefinetly. Always the DB falkreath sanctuary.
