I have had three crashes to desktop and all happen after seeing an icewraith. Sometimes it even screws up my quicksave (will crash if I attempt to load the quicksave) . Luckily, this game has plenty of auto saves!

The most recent was between Windhelm and the Forsaken Cave. I died to an ice wraith, tried reloading, and it crashed to desktop.
