Walk forward a bit and BOOM crash with no errors , dont know why dont know how, anyone experienced the same in this dungeon? So annoying, thought we were past this
I went right through it, there is one of those Dragon alter thingies on the other side with the 'Animal....friend' shout or something. What system are you playing on?
Spoiler much! ill ignore that lol, and PC version. Just lowered the sound quality to 24 bit 44100 and it seems to of stopped crashing for now i can progress...strange...at least the day one patch fixed the menus god not being able to use the mouse was a pain. All ok for now.
Morrowind was okay, a lot of bugs but seldom game crashing, oblivion however... And fallout 3. Those games were barely playable for me without patches, they crashed all the time... I've sort of come to expect this from bethesda, i'll start the game, hope that it dosen't crash too much and if it does just pray to God that they'll release a patch as soon as possible.
I've had two or three crashes in Bleak Falls Barrow but they were around the same area and I eventually got past it, beyond that I played for ten hours and didn't see any more, for a Bethesda game this is actually a massive improvement.

I'm seeing the exact same issue in the Bonechill Caves. The narrow path where you see the wolf howling always crashes for me. A few points of note:
The following issues *did not* resolve the issue - Changing my audio options (I'm using USB headphones that don't produce 44100 output) - Unplugging my headphones - Killing the wolf - Changing my weapons held (I was duel wielding spells and thought it might be related to that)
The following issue *did* resolve the issue - Changing my rendering to be windowed instead of fullscreen
When I switched to windowed I killed the wolf that was howling, then saved the game and restarted in fullscreen mode. I once again crashed when passing the same point in the corridor. Something must be trying to happen when you cross that point which is resolved by not being in fullscreen mode.
