I'm trying to open up a mod with Dawnguard in the CK, but an error keeps popping up:

"Assert

File: C:\_Skyrim\Code\TESV\TES
Shared\misc\BGSLocalizedString.cpp

LOCALIZATION: Error opening or reading strings file."

It gives me the option to abort, retry, or ignore. When I click any of them, it gives me a warning saying:

"MASTERFILE: LOCALIZATION: Zero entries or empty block size read from strings file STRINGS/Dawnguard_ENGLISH.STRINGS. Strings will be missing."

Clicking Yes to that, the Creation Kit stops working. Any ideas on what's wrong?
