ive seen in the demo video and a couple other random rage videos the area by crazy joe, with mutants outside actually attacking, comming from the lil water/dock area

ive played through the game twice now and never actually experienced this, is this something that was cut from the game or is there something im missing to get this to happen?

I noticed that too. And other things from promo videos I don't see in the final game. Mainly cutscene elements. Maybe that's going to end up being DLC.

I'm guessing that they just cut it.
