i have created a blacksmith merchant. it does practically everything i want it to do correctly but thers a glitch...

when i load the game hes not there initially (hes under the flloor!) so i moved him a little bit into the air and loaded again.

hes still under the floor. i fast traveled to rorikstad and walked back. he was there and doing his blacksmithing thing perfectly.

i intereacted with him perfectly! buying and selling went fine. i fast traveled toi whiterun and then back to my keep. he was back under the floor!!!

i tried making a colision box around the area no luck! he goes right thru everything i put under him! i checked F4 and the floor has the collision boundaries around

all the floor pieces i use. i tried different floor pieces same result!

can anyone tell me why he goes right thru the floor and perhaps HOW to fix this problem? i have a beautiful keep but if i cant populate it with merchants and such then

WHATS THE POINT?

please help!!
