Created a new NPC how do I spawn it? : V

I can't seem to figure out how to spawn this new NPC I created. Can someone help?

I made a dog with the ID "5rStormcloakDog" and a name of "Stormcloak Dog" but I have no idea how to spawn it.

Drag it into a cell from the object window. Have a look at tutorial videos, I'm sure they end by placing the NPC into the game world.
