So, I've basically taken the major worldspace texture replacers for the game, extracted them into loose files and have overwritten them in a fashion where I like the results, and just about the entire game is "HD'ified" now. But I want to create a set .esp/.bsa archives, so I can enable or disable them as I see fit. The total file size is pretty massive, so I have to split them into several archives.

Basically I did this:

Default textures < Skyrim HD (FULL) < Official HD Package & Fixes < Skyrim Realistic Overhaul < Serious HD - Landscape

Now, is http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8qLg8EDZAfc&feature=youtu.be&hd=1 going to cover everything I need? I'm basically going into this with absolutely no C.K. experience whatsoever. Just figure I can handle something THAT simple.

I've been unpacking the .bsa's with the old BSA Unpacker from the Oblivion Nexus, but it doesn't seem to be capible of extracting the default & HRTP DLC textures, the program just spits out an error message and only unpacks a few of the actor textures. Even BSAopt just spits out tons of errors when I try unpack those archives. Suggestions? 7-zip?

I'd be interested in finding out about this as well. This would make it easier to install essential texture replacements after updating Skyrim or doing a clean install.

I've had no issues extracting files from any (vanilla, official HD or custom) BSA archive with BSAOpt. Have you tried using the http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/247/?

Rofl, excluding the vanilla (non HRTP DLC) archive, the uncompressed file is a whopping 7.7GB's. Jeepers.
