Criticals

So, i haven't yet heard anything about Criticals yet in TES: Online. I've read up quite a bit on the known mechanics of TES: O, and honestly, quite a bit of it sounds like some of the game/combat mechanics in Darkfall Online, a hardcoe PvP Sandbox MMORPG.
Darkfall Online pretty much had the same combat style as TES: O, real time combat with no auto lock on/auto attack/rotation crap. You swung your wep with the left mouse button, blocked with the right mouse button, cast by clicking or holding down the left mouse button, and had to manually aim each and every swing/shot/cast. Stamina was also a huge factor in Darkfall Online, and almost every action you took used Stamina, so your ability to manage your Stamina in combat was vital to success/survival, much as it sounds like it will be in TES: O.

Darkfall Online had Criticals, but they weren't the random dicerolls that almost every other MMORPG has them as, they were higher damage attacks that rewarded skilled play. In order to get a Critical hit, you had to succesfully land 3-5 attacks in a row, and then you're "reticle" would blink red, notifying you that your next attack would be a Critical and deal higher damage, if it landed. If at any point you missed an attack, it would reset your "Critical Timer", and you'd have to stack the successive hits back up again. This promoted skilled play, you were rewarded for calculating, aiming and timing your attacks well, and not just swinging madly like an idiot hoping to land a shot. This also meant that it could be difficult to score Criticals on opponents (player or monster) who were particularly evasive in their movements.
This fits in real well with what i've heard of "Finesse" in TES: O. Maybe Finesse counts in how many times you scored Criticals on your opponent?
Do you think TES: O should have this form of Criticals (if any), or just the usual lucky diceroll Criticals?
