Criticism of The Legal District Level Design

Dishonored prides itself on emergent gameplay. Many examples of this have been touted by the developers such as the Agility Doublejump + Upgraded Blink allowing for jumps they didn't plan for. In the main Dishonored campaign level there is a train that can be ridden. In the Legal District there is a train of sorts that looks like several carts connected together that passes over the first street that Daud arrives at. When making my escape after completing the mission I found myself atop a sign wondering as to the purpose of this high vantage point. Then I realized I was in Blink range of the train that periodically passes by. Of course! The train goes the same way that I need to! After waiting several minutes for the train and missing it a few times due to its high speed I decided to use Stop Time. Upon doing so I blinked over the train and fell right through it to my death. A shame that the train is just for show. Still love this DLC tho

I was surprised there was only one way through that area (might have another look later). Correct me if I am wrong.

There are two ways. One is through main gate. The second is through Apartment 10.

Lol, I didn't try that. A bit of a design fail there, but I guess sometimes it's just not possible to think of everything a player could think of doing.
