Will ESO have a cross platform thing? Will Xbox One people play with PC or PS4 people?

I hope on the EU megaservers, they allow for language based zones... would be nice if the french, germans and spanish would have their own zones to play in... I know it splits the community, but having 20 different languages in main chat is even more anoying.
