My crosshair isn't synced with my camera or something like t : V

Im having a problem with my crosshair/camera. When I equip a bow and aim up or down the bow goes much further than the crosshair which causes me to miss. If I aim up for a head shot for example, my crosshair will be at the neck area but my bow will be well above it and when I fire the arrow goes well over my target. Also my character in 3rd person is able to bend completely in half looking up or down (which isnt normal). Does anyone know what is wrong or how to fix it?
