Crysis 2 MP is better than MW2

But compared to Black Ops, I have to say, Black Ops offers more.

Crysis 2 is just the best... fullstop :D

well... can't really say anything about it intill we've played it really... but I can safely say Crysis 1 is better than any CoD game :D

while black ops does offer more weapons and game modes it is essentially the same formula as every call of duty game. sure there's nothing bad about it but there' nothing amazing either. eventually people will want something new and if crysis 2 pulls off something revolutionary i think it will be the killer of COD games

yeah no one can say which is better till the full games are both out. I think they both will be very good (only thing I worry about is what happened to MW2, everyone thought "this game is going to be amazing" now we love to hate it) but I have faith that crysis2 will be good, black ops not so much faith...

You are such an ! NOOB ! to post this comment in Crysis 2 forums... That is the least thing I can say about you in order to not have Crytek "ban" me from this forums! If you don't like Crysis 2 and like Call of duty you can simply post this comment in Call of duty's forums and not trying stupidlly to advertise Call of duty among Crysis 2 fans!!!

And you simply do not have the right to do this because you haven't played anything and you have no experience from Crysis 2...

Ok I am a crysis fan and I am also a COD fan. I can say that COD has had its ups and downs but whenever someone mentions a COD game on this forum someone feels like they are required to attack the person that made the post. Chinagami don't just accept what they are saying stand by what you said man.

and while you go around cutting this guy down about what he just said I have to ask you this have you played either Black Ops or Crysis2? If you have then I can accept what you said, but If you haven't you are just a hypocrite accusing this guy of something that you are doing yourself

Thanks CoachQuanz!
Really though, the thing I like best of Black Ops is gun game, that in itself is enough. Playing gun game in Counter Strike was awesome and now I can do it in CoD. The customization is also neat.
For Crysis 2, its got the Nanosuit 2.0, and its amazing graphics. Of course, I'm gonna need to play both games first-hand to say more. Especially since not all of Crysis 2's MP was revealed unlike Black Ops.

Well, you must take this into consideration:

1. Black Ops is coming out real soon. They revealed almost everything about it, alot of new addon's, but generally, it's still reminds me of MW2. But I can expect it will do better than MW2.

2. Crysis 2 is not coming out in a while, we've only got a glimpse of MP, and I believe the details don't end their, not by a long shot.

So I suggest you give them some time, we are still very far away from Crysis 2's release date. :)

lol, how can the OP say that MW2Black Ops IS MW2
EXACTLY THE SAME.
Except this time there are insta-kill guns which shoot insta-kill knives, insta-kill explosive crossbows and insta-kill remote controlled C4 cars.

Cool, two thirds of my post disappeared.

Call of Duty: Black Ops will be the better game. I hate to say it, but I will. It will have modding and mapping, coop, dedicated servers, and a successful formula.

What does Crysis 2 have, other than copying Call of Duty and angering their customers? Nothin. Unless you count an underpowered streamlined "nanosuit 2" as a reason it will be better.

Maybe you are right... But you must take into consideration that Call of Duty series have released 7 of their games! So that makes them have more and more experience about multiplayer and about stuff that people like. Except that, Call of Duty has been developing since 2002 which is why the whole world knows Call of Duty series... Haven't you seen it already? Crysis 2 marketing, commercials, presentations etc have "high rise" and every week that passes we see a new presentation a new commercial. In the contrary, Call of Duty Black Ops developers have only promoted their game a little, compared to Crysis 2, because they don't have to do it! Everyone Knows Call of Duty series. I don't know what "marketing" does Call of duty have in United States but here in Europe we don't have much... What I am trying to say is that Crysis 2 developers aren't too much experienced with what gamers are looking forward to play and enjoy in FPS multiplayer games. So, personally I believe that the similarity of Crysis 2 and Call of duty (only in multiplayer, because singleplayer in Crysis is far more creative and enjoyable than Call of duty's boring singleplayer and you have to admit it, because Crysis missions are played over and over again in a different way and you will never get bored!) is based on the fact that Call of duty is a best-seller game that knows what people like to see and play and Crysis 2 developers take Call as a standart in order to also make their game enjoyable to players!

Needless to say, Call of duty is already a firm and whatever Call of duty game is released everybody will run to buy it, even it is a crap or even it is good! Crytek is making a huge effort in order to achive that. That is what I personally believe and I think I am right. And I think I was as objective as I could...

you are saying yourself that CoD is doing the same thing since 2002.and you are saying that they don't do much for advertising?just look at MW2,it's definitely the most advertised game of all time.and why? because COD is doing so many of the same games, advertising like crazy, the game is succesful, not because something in the game is spectacular.on the other hand, crysis(far cry too)was barely marketed,a few trailers and some interviews.while COD has tons of these for each one of the games.also, far cry and crysis are only on PC,while most if not all COD games are multi platform, which only makes the game sell more.if "cry" games were as hyped as any COD game,it would have sold more.

I must say that I played CoD MW2 muuuuch more than Crysis MP and Crysis Wars because it is much more intense and faster. But first of all after some time I was really annoyed by the fact that I lagged out of every second game in MW2 which additionally was full of cheaters AND I was able to play Crysis 2 MP during the GamesCom and was really impressed. Although I was only able to play a few minutes I had a lot of fun, action etc and everything felt right from the beginning. It had more action, was faster, had more close combat etc a little more like a CoD game (but I thinks these aspects are the good ones about CoD), but still looked and played like Crysis. Call of Duty Black Ops will propably be a pretty good game, but they haven't change too much (except for dedicated servers, yeeha :D let's hope that will fix most of the lagging and cheaters), but Crysis 2 MP looks like it will be better than MW2 and maybe Black Ops as well

Modern Warfare 2 was extensively advertised in North America. Almost every dang TV channel had their commercials running, and they spent 90% of their budget on marketing...

Mw2 was cool but it was very unrealistic and the weapons were overpowered. Crysis 2 looks graphics wise much better than black ops but black ops as more customizable stuff and more weapons. But Black ops is basically the same as any other COD game and Crysis 2 has the nanosuit so crysis 2 wins hands down

Seriously, Are you kidding? You think that Call of duty black ops marketing is better than Crysis 2? I think you are wrong buddy. You can make a few visits to web pages like Gametrailers, Gamespot, Gamescom and see for yourself which game has the majority of interviews, walkthroughs etc. In order to give you some simple examples of marketing, Crysis 2 was the main attraction for 2 Episodes in GametrailersTV which is the biggest source for gaming worldwide! And you know what? Call of Duty black ops was only one time in this episodes and for only 4 minutes while a half episode of gametrailersTV was dedicated to Crysis 2! So don't think that Call of Duty is THE GAME because your thoughts are far from truth. And Don't think that Call of Duty's nowadays glory will last for many years from now because Call of duty has the same missions the same gameplay for 7 call of duties! And if you like we can have this stupid conversation somewhere else and not in Crysis2 forums because I don't want to affect other Crytek fans. And stop condemn Crysis 2... As a crytek fan and call of duty hater :P, I've said many good stuff about Call of Duty in my previous posts. The only thing you are doing right know is trying to damage Crysis 2 generally in its "OWN FIELD"! Tomorrow I am going to come in your own house and blame your parents and brothers for all the bad stuff that are happening in the world in front of all your relatives and friends! That is what you are doing right now.
