Hi all

I have just started playing Crysis 2, although mine is a Retail copy rather than Steam, so I don't know whether that will affect my problems. I have also updated to version 1.1.

I have only played Single player so far. My PC has an AMD Athlon 64 X2 6000+, with 2Gb ram and an nVidia GeForce 9500 GT.

I added "-devconsole" to the shortcut, and that gives me access to the console, but nothing that I enter is recognised.

I also added several commands into system.cfg but most of them don't work either.

con_restricted = 0 -- seems to work
r_motionblur = 0 -- definitely works
g_radialBlur = 0 -- definitely works
g_godMode = 1 -- DOES NOT work
g_infiniteAmmo = 1 -- DOES NOT work
g_infinitesuitenergy = 1 -- DOES NOT work

ai_IgnorePlayer = 1 -- DOES NOT work
i_noweaponlimit = 1 -- DOES NOT work
i_unlimitedammo = 1 -- DOES NOT work

There are quite a lot of websites that appear to say that the above commands should, or do, work. But I think it's early days yet.

However, I have an even worse problem than that. While I'm walking around, whichever weapon I am carrying sort of flickers/jumps around all over the place. It makes it very hard to concentrate on what you're doing.

I am not too bothered about the Console at the moment, but the flickering or jumping makes the game almost unplayable.

Has anyone else experienced this, or perhaps even has a fix for it?

1-Idk what's up man. I wouldn't know because I play legitally.

2-Try not to cheat in single player. It's such a spoil if you do.

Seriously, I've beaten the game a couple of time on various difficulties and would like access to single player cheats to just bomb around on. Besides, if someone wants to cheat the game it's their perogative. I've tried all the above cheats and nothing works yet.
