Hey guys im having a problem with the Error message "Crysis 2 Has Stopped Working" It seems to be happening alot later in the game as im entering the hive. it gos up to the loading screen, and just when it looks like its finished and about to start, game crashes. Woundering if anybody knows how to get around this, if so plz help.

Windows 7 64 ultimate
AMD phenom II X4 965 3.41gh
8gb ram
Nvidia GTX 470

Unfortunately I have no real insight as to how to get around this unless you have a wealth of other programs you are running with Crysis 2 that you could close. I have nearly the same specs, Phenom 965, 8gb ram, but a 570 instead of 470...I encountered a couple of crashes during my play through, but not a whole lot. You could always check to make sure you don't have a memory leak or something of that nature either, otherwise it might just be the game.

For me solution is to NOT play in fullscreen mode i dont know why 's that but its help for now.
still waiting for next pach but we didnt get any cry team respond about this problem.

Yea i tried it in windowed mode and get the same error.
damnit! why does it have to do it now? lol it just got to the good part!

I am having the same exact problem.
always after it gets to a certain checkpoint it just shuts off giving me the "Crysis 2 Has Stopped Working" message.
I really hope they find a solution for this.
