No, I think after 25 March multiplayer will be able in UK then you can play the multiplayer mode.

Actually I'm getting this pretty consistantly with the retail version of this Game. Picked it up yesterday in Canada. I don't think they've fixed this issue at all yet. Game has already failed as a result. No one is playing multiplayer right now even if you are lucky to sneak onto a server. Needs to be fixed ASAP.
