Crysis 2 Will Not Load

Post » Mon Mar 15, 2010 2:47 am

Hey guys, I just purchased my copy of Crysis 2 from my local Gamestop. After I installed the game and the patch I go to play the game and nothing happens (literally). Went into bin32 thinking I could launch it from there but have the exact same problem. Any of you having the same issue? If so, have any of you found a solution? Thanks!

Sorry :( idk the other things i heard from people is direct2drive some came with a bad like Vid file? if thats where you got it from, and others said that you needed to replace the crysislaunch.exe thing with a good version cause some were broken......noooo idea how to get that though :(....If you haven't Uninstall it, and download the game threw EA manager, that was you download it straight from EA

I installed it the first time from the cd, then I tried eadm the second time (before posting here). I'm going to try to run it in safe mode to see if it is a software or hardware problem.

Well my problem still stands. It worked (sort of) in safe mode, and I activated, but for some reason it thinks my graphics card is a "0" (probably safe mode driver somethingorother), so it crashes before i can start. In non-safemode I closed every single process except the windows ones and it still wouldnt start .I'm stumped. Anyone got some magic to work?
