They should add PlayStation move support as optional in crysis 2 for gamers like me that like's playstation move & want's a more accurate & immersive gameplay experience because there is plenty of support for PlayStation move in hardcoe games & it's not all about what some gamers want or don't like it's about appealing to the mass majority of gamers out there as well in all fairness.

Honestly crytek shouldn't get playstation move support, i would rather have a less buggy game than support for a controller i would never use if i had a ps3 :P

Who would buy Crysis 2 for Move Support even if it was enabled? Its like saying most people with 3DTV's will get Crysis 2 just to play it on 3D

@bloodyghost plenty of playstation 3 owners that are fps fans & are buying playstation move this year & buying crysis 2 for the playstation 3 next year.@SJentZ playstation move has more positive feedback & support from gamers worldwide then negative feedback & support so house will rule in favor of the higher majority of playstation 3 users supporting playstation move compared to the smaller majority of playstation 3 users not supporting playstation move.Playstation move controls are easy for developers to map into the controller scheme as proven in socom 4 & many other games.

Playstation move is proven technology that lives up to it's hype so stop spreading disinformation because gamers are all entitled to play games on what ever platform they choose to what ever way they want to end of discussion.

If you want playstation move, then play SOCOM 4 or Killzone 3 when they come out.

The problem with Crysis 2 is that the Move is not standard. Since Crytek is developing and innovating on the PC and then porting it to the console versions, there won't be any Move support. If it can't be innovated on the PC, Crytek won't waste the time to innovate it for the PS3. The development team has to draw the line somewhere since its multiplatform. ;)

Since Killzone 3 and SOCOM 4 will be exclusive to the PS3, their dev. teams have more time to put PS3 exclusive innovations into their games.

@Talon95 crysis 2 is not ported to playstation 3 because crytek said it themselves many times.Socom 4 was not planned to even have playastation move support & they were able to incorporate the controls into socom 4 easily so there is no excuse why crytek can't if their truly is good as they say they are then it isn't a problem incorporate the controls into crysis 2.

@Talon95 your claims have no weight behind them what so ever so quite spreading misinformation from all these false sources where you obtain your information from.this is what you call reliable sources that print the truth.

Meh, hate him some more :P

Honestly, if they enable move it would be something like a wii :P
Move is just a ripoff of the wiimote with a black finish and for a more expensive console.

Crytek themselves have said each version will be the same. This means no Move support.

Crytek themselves have said that the PC has a higher development ceiling.

Crytek themselves have said that if it doesn't work on all platforms gameplay wise, its not going to be implemented

Crytek themselves have pretty much admitted to DX11 and SDK support, with dedicated servers, hence innovating on the PC. No such "innovations" have been talked about for the Console versions, let alone the PS3.

May we move on, or is Crytek themselves not a reliable source? ^^

Well even if that's true then they fail to push the playstation 3 hardware to it's maximum performance capacity of what it can handle. Also you have yet to provide me any factual evidence in the form of video interviews where crytek has said on record publicly these claims your claiming.Playstation 3's hardware without a single doubt can handle everyone of these techniques shown in this video below no problem.

BUT THAT'S THE POINT!

Why make a game for a console if the console can't run it?! GAH!

It seem like im seeing a lot of hate towards the playstation 3 & i never see much hate towards 360 in these forums as much as i do playstation 3 which makes me think it's because there are a bunch biased sony hypocrites that refuse admit they are wrong & refuse to give playstation 3 it's credit & recognition it rightfully deserves.

i dont see much hate towards ps3 but in a post you put earlier most likely crytek will push the ps3 to the limits no proof of that but still i think they well, and i can completly understand why crytek wouldnt want to support playstation move it just takes time out of polishing it, and sure they could get it on easily, but how about making it work really good and the controls were easy to use that... would take more time so i diffently 100% can understand why they wouldnt support move

I have a Playstation 3 and use it occasionally. However, I realize the reality of developing a multiplatform game. Crytek doesn't have the time or money to freaking innovate one platform at a time, especially a big project like Playstation Move.

Nobody is bashing the Playstation, you just don't seem to understand that developing multiplatform doesn't allow the developer to to something like support PSMove. Other games can support that because they aren't multiplatform.

We haven't Officially stated that the Playstation Move device will or will not work with Crysis 2. I'm sure we will be able to announce either way closer to launch.
