CTD No Error. Already tried other fixes.

Well I do believe my problem is "sound" related, I've tried every sample rate I can try. They all crash at some point. The reason I am sure this is the problem is that it crashes instantly on some rates. However no matter which I choose the crash will happen. Also another reason I think its sound related is I tried to add it to Creative ALchemy, and when I do that it crashes but now with a "Skyrim has stopped working" error. I obviously took it off of Creative ALchemy.

I turned Skyrim off on FFDShow Decoder, both Audio and Video.

I tried to go back to the original INI files, and those won't even load anymore. Which is odd.

Any other help?

What doesn't load anymore? If you delete the .ini files, when you launch the game it builds them again.

Ahh ok I was just replacing them with the originals I had backed up. Anyway, I deleted them and I started a new game, and it did a CTD while I was being transported in the tutorial.

You tried applying the new 4gb patch?

also add this to your skyrim.ini under [papyrus]

iMinMemoryPageSize=100000
iMaxMemoryPageSize=5000000
iMaxAllocatedMemoryBytes=1800000000

If it crashes while playing, your experiencing the same issue that a million other people are unfortunately. I don't have an answer for random CTD's, other than the 4gb patch.

iMaxAllocatedMemoryBytes=1800000000

didn't help either :(.

Its so freqent for me though, I CTD almost every 30 seconds. Its unplayable.

Do these steps:

Verify the integrity of your game using steam

Start with stock .ini files

Launch the game through steam without circumventing the .exe

If it crashes again, post back here

Yep pretty much this. This game has a serious CTD issue right now that no one fix has been able to completely stop. Even with the 4gb patch I still CTD randomly every 1-4 hours. Also, be prepared to be ridiculed, insulted, and thread locked by rabid [censored] who will tell you the problem is with you and your computer, and not in any way tied to buggy, untested software from bethesda. Oh, and also be ready to hear "I'm playing fine for 147847230 hours so you are the only human with a problem new player, why don't you just quit and get off our forums."

Neither that nor a fresh install seems to help. It didn't happen on the fresh install for about 40 minutes, but now its happening between every 30 seconds and every 2 minutes again.
