CTD when using followers. : V

I only get CTD's when someone is following me, such as Lydia, or a quest NPC. Any ideas what mod causes this? I am thinking its the Unofficial Patch. The CTD's occur at random times, middle of a fight, opening a door, loading a cell, getting hit...

Edit: Dunno why my Bashed Patch didn't show up. Its active.
