I'm just wondering if there was a great Vampire Lord with Necromage perk build / guide out there anyone could direct me to? Or have any information on how to build an awesome Vampire Lord Necromage build to share?

Depends. What's your platform? Because if you are on the PC and uses the unofficial skyrim patch the bad news is that the creators considered it a bug and deleted it.
