Read the bottom to get to the point

Okay this whole oreal started when. Ill start from the begining:
I downloaded dragonborn and i beat the main quest and i finished all but one side quest everything worked fine no bug or glitches

I returned to skyrim did mini quests till dawnguard came out so i downloaded dawnguard and i did the quests for the dawnguard till when me and serena went to the soul carin and i continued along until page 9 of patience of a saint was missing so i was like what ever just a bug so i continued along until i came to serenas mom and her mom was like hidden behind the pillar and the barrier was up and then i noticed serena was missing and so i waited and waited an still no serena so i adventured across the soul carin and still couldnt find her so i exited the soul carin returned back and she was gone

i deleted skyrim and the updated (patch 1.8) and i re-installed it so i loaded my game in the soul carin and i re-appeared in this random inn i think in river wood maybe so my legs were under the floor with my body sticking it (WTF) so i jumped out of the floor and all my DLC quest items were all gone my trophys were all there

I re-installed dawnguard and i reloaded back in the soul carin an serena was still gone so i exited and fast traveled to whiterun and she was there so i returned to soul carin and continued along with the quests so when i was done with the soul stuff i wanted to do the crossbow schematic quest and my quest log said this:
Sorine jurad has sent me to retrieve the dwemer exploding ice bolt schematic from [...]. She will be able to use it to master new technology to provide to the dawnguard members

Objectives-retrieve the dwemer exploding ice bolt schematic from [...]

I was like why isnt telling me where to go and so i was thinking mabye because i needed to re-install dragonborn so i did and i loaded back in and the quest log still said the same and then i got attacked by cultists and i was like ohh noo so now i have to redoo all of the dragonborm quests and i traveled back to soltsiem and everythink was restarted and i checked my trophys and all my dragonborn trophys were still there so thats good but still i had alot of equitment in the chest in the manor and i was just about to use the chaos enchantment on my dragonbone sword and now i have to find it again

So any tips or suggestions on what the hell i do and what the F happened im on the ps3 aswell
